When your clients arrive at the door of the building with this intercom:
– They can press the ‘Press to Call’ button
– They will be prompted to enter the suite number they are visiting (They will enter your suite number)
– If you opt to have one number ring, your phone will ring and you can talk to your client.
– To let them in press * on your phone during the call to unlock the door for them
If you opt to have 2 or more phones ring when the client enters your suite number they will be prompted by a menu that will say for ‘Jane Doe, press 1’, ‘ for Joe Doe press 2’, ect.
