Please use the instructions below to download and configure the softphone.

Download Softphone

1. Download and install the Softphone from the link above.
2. Accept all permission access prompts that appear anytime during the setup process or application use.
3. Launch the app and enter the following information on the first screen

   Username: secureserver
   Password: (leave blank)

4. Enter the following information on the second screen

   Username:
   Password:
   Domain: ps.ts.sserver.ca
